1. No Refund Policy on Competition Entry Fees

All competition entry fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The competition is canceled by Pipswar due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue.

Once a competition has started, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • A participant choosing to withdraw from the competition.
  • A participant failing to meet competition requirements.
  • Disqualification due to rule violations.

2. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing our services, you must report the issue to [support@pipswar.com] within 24 hours. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • A payment was processed incorrectly.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
  • The competition did not start due to a technical failure on our end.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in account suspension or banning from future competitions. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team before taking any further action.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Registered Email Address
  • Payment Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
